- 2 potatoes boiled or cooked in microwave for 4-5 min
- 1 tomato cut into wedges
- 1 green chili chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder/haldi
- 3/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
Method:
